Craighead County Road Work Delayed Due to Weather Conditions

Craighead County, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Craighead County Road Department is postponing road work on a county road due to weather conditions.

The work, which will take place on sections of County Road 928, was originally scheduled for April 28-29. Work will now begin on May 4-5.

On Monday, May 4, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., County Road 928 from County Roads 945 and 975 will be closed.

Then on Tuesday, May 5, the road from County Road 975 to Highway 135 will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

According to the road department, detour signs will be posted to alert the public, and motorists are asked to use caution in the area. Commuters are advised to allow for additional travel time
