The officer stated the following in his narrative: “[Complainant] stated her neighbor who she shares a fence with has been cutting plants on his side of the fence. While cutting these plants he has been discarding of them over the fence unto her yard. I asked to see the plants and was allowed to step into the backyard. I could see what appeared to be fresh trimmed branches just above the fence line.”
