Gov. Sanders Announces Appointments, 3 from Jonesboro

Little Rock, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced appointments to various boards and commissions on Thursday, with three appointees from Jonesboro.

Steve Tricarico was appointed to the Arkansas Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Advisory Board. Tricarico’s term expires Sept. 1, and he replaces Gregory Armstrong.

Jason Wallace was appointed to the State Board of Nursing, with his term set to expire Oct. 1. The position was previously vacant.

Dr. Shane Speights was appointed to the State Board of Health. His term is set to expire Dec. 31, 2028, and he is filling a previously vacant position.

Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training

  • Jeffery Hagar, of Sherwood, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2032. Replaces Mike Reynolds.
  • Thomas Marsh, of Fort Smith, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2032. Reappointment.
  • Phillip Pate, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2032. Replaces Barry Phillips.

Arkansas Early Childhood Commission

  • Donna Massengill, of Harrisburg, whose term will expire March 1, 2028. Replaces Deborah Mays.
  • Leslie Sharp, of Prairie Grove, whose term will expire June 30, 2028. Replaces Shelli Henehan.
  • Susan Templeton, of Rogers, whose term will expire June 30, 2027. Previously vacant position.

Arkansas Fire Protection Licensing Board

  • Matt Cashion, of Little Rock, whose term will expire April 1, 2028. Previously vacant position.
  • Derek Bouslough, of Austin, whose term will expire April 1, 2029. Replaces Maurice Henry.
  • Robin Bugg, of Fort Smith, whose term will expire April 1, 2030. Previously vacant position.

Arkansas History Commission

  • Phillip McMath, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2030. Previously vacant position.
  • Ray Hanley, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2031. Replaces Heather Nelson.

Arkansas Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Advisory Board

  • Gary Horton, of Hensley, whose term will expire Sept. 1, 2027. Reappointment.
  • Francois Van Der Watt, of Greenwood, whose term will expire Sept. 1, 2028. Reappointment.

Arkansas State Board of Nursing

  • Katelynn Rougeau, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Oct. 1, 2029. Previously vacant position. 

Auctioneer’s Licensing Board

  • Tony Watson, of Melbourne, whose term will expire April 15, 2027. Replaces John Hutchcraft.
  • Nicky Fowler, of Glenwood, whose term will expire April 15, 2028. Reappointment.
  • Roy Ragland, of Marshall, whose term will expire April 15, 2029, Replaces Allen Robertson.
  • Tyler Payton, of Heber Springs, whose term will expire April 15, 2028. Replaces Johnny Mitchum.

Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority

  • Martin Eggensperger, of Pocahontas, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2029. Previously vacant position.
  • Andrew Goodman, of Greenbrier, whose term will expire Jan. 14, 2030. Replaces Lillie Lane.
  • Russ Martin, of Little Rock, whose term expires Jan. 14, 2028. Replaces Seth Mims.

Board of Division of State Services for the Blind

  • Mollie Hernandez, of Searcy, whose term will expire June 30, 2029. Replaces James Henry.
  • Tiffany Moore, of Sherwood, whose term will expire June 30, 2027. Replaces Tyrone Williams.
  • Dr. Ernie Huff, of Benton, whose term will expire June 30, 2027. Replaces Erika Evans.
  • Judy Ricci, of Little Rock, whose term will expire June 30, 2029. Replaces Theresa Petrey.
  • Roy DePriest, of North Little Rock, whose term will expire June 30, 2027. Replaces Keith Clark.

  • Allison Gonzalez, of Bentonville, whose term will expire Dec. 31, 2028. Previously vacant position.
  • Jill Flaxman, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Dec. 31, 2027. Replaces Darren Flamik.
  • Jerry Martin, of Greenbrier, whose term will expire Dec. 31, 2029. Replaces Lane Crider.
  • Jake Keet, of Little Rock, whose term will expire Dec. 31, 2029. Replaces Clay Waliski.
  • Blake Torres, of Benton, whose term to expire Dec. 31, 2029. Reappointment.
