Bentonville, AR – (Contributed) – Aug. 27, 2025 – Haag Brown Commercial announced Dawson Wagner joined its brokerage team in Northwest Arkansas as its newest agent.

A Jonesboro High School graduate and University of Arkansas alum, Wagner brings a strong business foundation and a passion for real estate to the firm. Wagner recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business and a minor in finance with a focus on investments.

While at U of A, he was active in the Walton Finance Club, Walton Investments Club, Real Estate Club, and Sigma Chi fraternity.

“Dawson is impressive – I think he will quickly become known for being a hungry, aggressive, and sharp player in the commercial real estate space,” said Joshua Brown, Haag Brown cofounder.

He gained professional experience through an internship with J.B. Hunt Transport Services in intermodal operations and later with a real estate firm, where he developed a passion for the ever-evolving, community-driven nature of commercial real estate.

“I want to be known as a broker in Northwest Arkansas who truly puts clients first. Too often in this busy market, owners and buyers feel overlooked. My goal is to change that by being responsive, building real relationships, and making every client feel like their deal matters. Rooted in my faith, I’m committed to serving well and helping clients protect and grow what they’ve worked so hard to achieve,” Wagner said.

Dawson earned his real estate license after graduation and quickly began working in Haag Brown’s Northwest Arkansas office.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
