Hoops & Howls Set for Oct. 1 at First National Bank Arena in Jonesboro

Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – Arkansas State University and the Red Wolves Foundation invite fans to celebrate the start of basketball season at Hoops & Howls, the official preseason event for A-State Men’s Basketball, on Thursday, Oct. 1, inside First National Bank Arena.

Hoops & Howls will bring together fans, families, alumni, community partners and supporters for an evening celebrating A-State basketball through food, fun and the first on-court look at the 2026-27 Red Wolves.

Beginning at 6 p.m., the event will feature a dinner buffet provided by Ray’s Rump Shack, family-friendly activities, player and coach introductions, exclusive experiences and the Scarlet vs. Black Scrimmage featuring the men’s basketball team.

Fans will also have opportunities to connect with the program, purchase merchandise and learn more about season ticket options for the upcoming season.

Ticket options include a reserved floor table for eight guests for $800, a Family Four Pack that includes two adult and two youth admissions for $200, general admission adult tickets for $80, and general admission youth tickets for $30. All adult tickets include two drink tickets.

Members of the 6th Man Club will receive one complimentary ticket to Hoops & Howls as part of their membership benefits.

General admission seating will be available throughout First National Bank Arena, while reserved floor tables provide guaranteed seating together on the arena floor for groups, families and businesses seeking an enhanced event experience.

A limited number of event sponsorship opportunities are also available, including Presenting Sponsor, Dinner Sponsor, Beverage Sponsor and KidZone Sponsor packages.
