Jonesboro Library to Debut New Film Club Program for Adults

Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library is introducing a new monthly program for adults: Film Club.

Meeting on the last Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Civic League Room, participants will watch that month’s featured film on their own time, then meet at the library to discuss it.

April’s movie will be “Asteroid City,” rated PG-13, with the discussion to take place on April 29, while May’s will be “Black Bag,” which is rated R.

“The program offers a welcoming space for attendees to share thoughts, explore themes, and connect with fellow film enthusiasts. This program is intended for adult participants,” a library press release announcing the meeting said.

No regisration is required.
