Jonesboro University Heights Lions Club to display flags for Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day

Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – The Jonesboro University Heights Lions Club is displaying flags across community businesses and buildings in recognition of Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day.

The flag display is part of the club’s service project, which provides flags, poles and flag brackets to the community for $45 per year. Flags are displayed at least 10 times per year, including national holidays and special days, weather permitting.
