New voter ID cards to be issued to registered Craighead County voters

Craighead County, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – New voter ID cards will be mailed to registered voters throughout the county.

According to a news release from the Craighead County Clerk’s Office, the new cards reflect updated voter information and are to ensure voters have accurate records ahead of upcoming elections.

Those who have recently registered to vote, updated their registration, or updated their records as part of routine maintenance may receive a new card, the release said.

“Voter ID cards provide important information, including a voter’s precinct and election districts,” Craighead County Clerk MaryDawn Marshall said in the release. “We encourage all voters to review their new card carefully and contact our office if any information is incorrect.”
