One killed, three injured in Greene County crash

Lafe, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – A Missouri woman was killed, three Jonesboro residents injured, in a head-on crash North of Lafe in rural Greene County early Friday morning.

Corporal Benhamin Rapert with the Arkansas State Police said Angel Dunham, 43, Newburg, MO, was killed when the 2008 Cadillac Escalade she was driving South on Highway 135 was struck head-on by a 2016 Toyota Tundra driven by Arlie Peace, 55, Jonesboro. The Tundra was traveling North and had attempted to pass a semi-truck.

Peace was injured as were two passengers, Josh Beasley, 51, Jonesboro and Jackson Beasley, 23, Jonesboro. All three were transported to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould. The extent of their injuries was unknown.

Rapert wrote in his accident report that dense fog was present at the time of the accident, 5:50am Friday.
