Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Another person has been arrested in connection with the search of a Jonesboro apartment that uncovered over 100 grams of fentanyl-laced meth and thousands in cash.

District Judge David Boling found probable cause Dec. 10 to charge 62-year-old Johnnie Williams, of Jonesboro, with the following:

  • Class Y Felony: Trafficking of Fentanyl
  • Class A Felony: Possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose to deliver greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams
  • Class B Felony: Offenses related to records, premises, etc.
  • Class B Felony: Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Class C Misdemeanor: Obstructing governmental operations/obstructs, impairs, hinders

Williams was arrested Dec. 8 after agents with the Second Judicial Drug Task Force searched an apartment in the 200 block of State Street four days earlier.

According to the affidavit, among the items found were 112 grams of fentanyl-laced meth. Agents also found drug paraphernalia that included plastic bags for packaging drugs for sale, and $2,127 in cash hidden in a picture frame.

At the time of the original arrest, the only person inside the apartment was 40-year-old Sherra Leanne Robinson, of Brookland. However, upon investigation, it was determined that the apartment was leased to Williams, and mail in the mailbox and prescription pill bottles with Williams’ name on them were also found. Agents also learned that Williams had left for work before agents arrived to search the apartment.

Williams is being held on a $250,000 cash/surety bond in the Craighead County Detention Center. Upon release, he must wear a GPS ankle monitor.

On Dec. 5, Robinson appeared before District Judge Tommy Fowler, who found probable cause to charge her with the same felony charges as Williams, in addition to a use of a communication device charge.

Williams and Robinson are scheduled to be back in court on Jan. 23, 2026.
