Woman killed in Highway 141 crash identified

Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – August 31, 2025 – A woman killed in a single vehicle accident on Highway 141 Wednesday evening has been identified.

Arkansas State Police say Jennie Horton, 46, Trumann was killed when 2011 Chevy Malibu she was driving South on Highway 141 near Lake Frierson State Park left the road, struck a tree, and overturned multiple times.

Corporal Aaron Morphis with the Arkansas State Police investigated the accident.
