CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE DANGERS

Many of us prefer real Christmas trees as opposed to artificial trees in our homes for the holidays. While real trees have some benefits, the fact is real Christmas trees can be a fire hazard if not properly maintained and watered. This video shows how quickly a dry Christmas tree will ignited and spread as compared to a properly watered tree. If you are using a real tree this year make sure you keep it watered daily. Cut the tip of the stalk off before putting into water and make sure any lights strands have been checked for exposed wiring. Have a safe and happy Holidays from 100.5 The Eagle…ROCKS!!!
