DOGS THAT ROCK!!!

Welcome to The Eagle’s Dogs That Rock! Jonesboro Radio Group is helping find forever homes for deserving dogs from the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society in Jonesboro. Each week we feature at least three Dogs That Rock available for adoption. Please take the time to look at all of our dog pictures. If you see a dog you connect with, call the NEAHS at 870-932-5185. Visit their website: www.neahs.org. Or see them at 6111 East Highland Drive in JBR behind ABF Trucking.

MEET THE CLAMPETT PUPS: Ellie Mae, Elroy, Jed, and Jethro. Their story is one of the NEA village. The litter was dumped in the county without a mama or anywhere to stay. The shelter got the call, but as usual, were so over capacity that they couldn’t take them in at the time. Luckily, a group of neighbors took turns caring for the pups– NEAHS supplied food and medical care– until the precious pups could be brought into the shelter. These sweet souls have been at the shelter for about 2 weeks, all are up to date on vaccines, HW negative, and healthy! They’ll likely be medium to large size when grown– they’re still only 7 months old– and an East AR special mix. Before they’re adopted, they’ll all be microchipped and spayed/neutered. Truly a representation of how it takes a village (not just an organization) to care for the animals in our area, the Clampett pups all sweet and cuddly and playful and will be wonderful pets!
