Today is Sofia Vergara’s birthday. The actress who plays Gloria on Modern Family is 45. Sofia was born in Colombia and initially went to college three years for dentistry. However, a talent scout spotted her posing on the beach which led to some early modeling and eventually a successful TV career. Although her character on Modern Family is a bit conservative, Sofia did some quite revealing modeling in her younger days. Check out our tribute to our favorite Colombian.
