Science geeks everywhere are celebrating the announcement by NASA earlier today of the discovery of flowing water on Mars. These flows only happen at certain times mostly during Mars summers. While flowing water is not the coveted “proof” of life we all are waiting for, it certainly makes the possibility of life on Mars more probable than before. It also tells us that Mars isn’t the dusty, dry planet we once thought. Check out the news conference held by NASA to hear how scientists are interpreting this new discovery.
