NATIONAL RADIO DAY

Today is National Radio Day! Why do we celebrate National Radio Day? Because of the tremendous impact radio has had on our culture since it’s invention back in 1895 by Gugleilmo Marconi. According to a recent study, 2 out of 3 Americans listen to radio every day. 71% of Americans listen to the radio in the vehicle. And finally, a whopping 9% of radio listeners wished radio would PLAY MORE COMMERCIALS! If I were a business owner, I’d be contacting a JBR Radio Group Account Exec about helping to grow your business with radio. Check out this History of Radio documentary and learn how it all began.
