I got a request from an Eagle listeners for the band Amboy Dukes. The psychedelic rock band was formed in 1964 and went through many personnel changes during their active years. The only constant was a young lead guitar player and composer named Ted Nugent. In 1975 the band became Nugent’s backing band after he disbanded the name.
