PITCHER CAUGHT CHEATING DURING POST-SEASON

The Boston Red Sox won the 2018 World Series beating L.A. 4 games to 1. But now some L.A. fans are crying foul accusing Red Sox pitchers of cheating. The video is from the series against Houston. But, Dodgers fans are saying it was going on during the World Series as well. It DOES look like there is something shiny on his forearm and he DOES grab his forearm with his pitching hand. What do you think?
