This has got to be the best road rage caught on tape that never really gets to the next level. You got two guys. One has a pole. The other has an aluminum bat. You’re thinkin’ this is gonna get bloody real quick. It just doesn’t end like you think it’s going to.

They also said it would cause "severe and irreparable harm" to his reputation by subjecting him to "public ridicule and harassment."
